There are various purchase options at our Recreation Park. You can of course buy a recreation home for private use. But it is also possible to buy a recreation home as investment. A big advantage of a private vacation home is that we take care of everything if you decide to rent out the chalet. From check-in to cleanup, we take care of it. So you can feel at ease and enjoy yourself.

Buy vacation home for private use

In this case you only use the home yourself, and it does not get rented out. You can then use the vacation home 365 days a year. Permanent occupation is not allowed at our park.

Buy a vacation home to rent out

The home will be delivered turnkey, and can go straight into rentals. Each month you'll receive a settlement with the rental yields over the previous month. Besides that, you have the option to use the home yourself.
